Congress & the Political Class: Guilty

Arctic Patriot found this gem below and posted about it recently.

Consider how this law can be used against those who would be our Masters, in our elected offices and in our neighborhoods.  Is not Sarah Brady violating § 241 with every dollar raised to support gun control?  Is not every law put forth by the McCarthy's of the Congress a violation of § 242?

Is there not a Right attorney who could at least make a run at it?

This law is as clearly written as our Declaration and Constitution - rather rare if you ask me about any aspect of the US Code.  As I read it, in plain English, every single member of the Left and Establishment in our Political Class is Guilty.  Period.

If our Government refuses to prosecute and enforce the law, is there any meaning left in the US Code?

Does not their failure to prosecute establish the Right of Revolution, for if we can not expect equal application of and protection under the Law, we have no legitimate Government.

Think about it.

  1. 241 yes, 242 no.

242 is about ethnic and racial discrimination.
