I'm having ongoing discussions with several legal firms about the possibilities and circumstances under which a citizen may bring charges on an official who violates his/her civil rights (2A, 1A, etc.). I'll post about it when I have a fairly clear picture.
We all have our places in this "open source" insurgency.
