It is not simply the enemy who cuts the throat that is guilty of murder...and you'd better figure out who is on his side. Who benefits from his actions. Who supports his actions, even if they don't have the spine to do the deed themselves. His parents? His siblings? His wife? His employer? Is he teaching his children that this is good War? Did the intel come from a maid? Who helped him into the AO and escape? Where did he hide and who knew he was there?
