If the FEDERAL BUILDING in Oklahoma was torn asunder last week, how would we view the tragedy today? Would we not be able to say the children in the FEDERAL BUILDING day care centers were being used as human shields? Perhaps the same might be said of the civilians that perished. How many times are we told our so called enemies abroad are using women and children as human shields?
