Enemies of Liberty are ruthless. To own your Liberty, you'd better come harder than your enemies..

If this does not offend to your core, nothing will...

Philadelphia politicians have banned Citizens from feeding the homeless.

Holly and I run a small, humble charity and deliver food to food banks when we are able.

To tell me that I may not feed a hungry man offends me more than I can express. The immorality of the order, the despicable nature of every single Soul who would help enforce such an immoral order, make those who participate guilty of inhumanity, and if you ask me, worthy of prosecution by fellow Citizens with the ultimate penalty on the table.

Patriots, until we choose to rid our midst of such people, we will never recover our moral compass, and Liberty will remain in the realm of wishful thinking.

Until you and I do something about people who use the force of law to stop us from feeding hungry Souls, you and I should have a very hard time looking in the mirror.

Here's the article.

  1. I guess Philly doesn't want the world to see they have problems. So until we throw these bums out of office, feed on private property!

  3. Craig is right. The whole impetus of government is control. They create much of the homeless and the real poor along with the "entitled poor" in order to make them dependent upon .gov.

When conservatives are charitable - as the system used to work, and work efficiently - and support those who are truly in need, it deprives the government of its voting base, those dependent upon it. It simply cannot tolerate that competition.

Liberals, including multi-million and billionaires, give so little to real charity that it is almost laughable. That includes scum like Biden, Obama, Pelosi, Reid, etc. They have no interest in the smelly, unwashed hordes except as they can be coerced into voting for socialism.

    1. Agreed. "The State" wants the sole power to hand out charity, for it is power.

May they all reap what they have sown.

  4. Mr. K,

My guess is these Philly politicians who created this ban are long-term incumbents. If so, then the responsibility for this outrage falls on the citizens of Philly. Who are the bigger scoundrels, the long-term, career politicians or the electorate who support their elitism by constant re-election ? We have met the enemy and they are us !

    1. I agree, Dan. This is why I constantly include the bureaucrats who enforce these laws as Enemies of Liberty as well as the idiots who vote for them.

They are all enemy combatants, for they have all contributed to needless suffering, death, and destruction of Liberty.

  5. It's an increasing trend across the country -- Philly wasn't the first, and won't be the last. And it's exactly as RegT wrote -- the asshole bureaucrats can't stand competition.
