Then you get intense: find a good Brazilian Ju-Jutsu studio and go at least 5 times each week. At the same time, find a hardcore (that is more difficult these days as most have gone hippie) Aiki Dojo and attend at LEAST one class per day.
Do this until you leave the porch.
