I personally keep channel locks in my kit, but I decided not to advise everyone to include. You've convinced me. Everyone reading this: Add a good pair of channel locks (I prefer the actual Channel Lock brand) in your kit. Go for at least an 8" set - 10" if you don't mind the weight and space it will cost - but Lineman is right - if you ever <i>need</i> what channel locks can do, nothing above will get it done.
