But that takes some complex ethical identification.<br /><br />The good news is that even though those 313 million people have access to tens of billions of rounds, more than 250 million of them could never figure out what to do with the pointy ends. Still tough odds, but hopefully wits will change the level of the playing field.<br /><br />Plus, tyrants and their agents are willful humans too, so there's always the chance that they'll wake up to life, before they wake up dead.
