Enemies of Liberty are ruthless. To own your Liberty, you'd better come harder than your enemies..

America is not dead, yet. A few Americans still draw breath. But the odds are against us...

"Not until I went to the churches of America and heard her pulpits aflame with righteousness did I understand the secret of her genius and power. America is great because she is good, and if America ever ceases to be good, America will cease to be great."

So wrote Alexis de Tocqueville.

...and...

Indeed, for millions of Americans, this society — which has eradicated Christianity from its pubic institutions and enshrined secularism in its place, which considers abortion a woman's right, which is blase about 53 million unborn children destroyed since Roe, which puts homosexual liaisons on the same moral plane as matrimony — is a society that has lost its moral bearings and is rapidly losing its mind.

I have said it before and will say so again - America missed her last chance at peaceful Restoration when she failed to put Patrick Buchanan in the Oval Office as President.

Here's the column.

  1. You really like that guy. I never disliked him, but he reminds me too much of guys like the Bennett boys, and they're borderline jokes. Contrary to popular belief, the goal isn't Rightful Imposition; it's No Imposition.

I always liked Bay a lot, his sister I think.

He couldn't have been any worse president than we got since then, that's for sure. Personally, I'm long done sampling; Ron Paul blew his chance IMO and Walter Williams ain't running. He's the only living human I'd even consider voting for, and I doubt I'd grant even that much legitimacy to Impositional Democracy.

  2. Well, we had our chance to continue to be a Christian Nation.

"If it feels good, do it" (at someone else's expense) was so much funner though...

    1. I trust you realize that your point falls apart without the parenthetical---"at someone else's expense."

Cuz if you don't, I do. And now so does everyone. So anyway, what if it's NOT at someone else's expense? What say you then?

Do you really care if some nitwit chooses to be a junkie? How long do you figure they'll last doing that? Or even a Godless hedonist---if it's not at your expense, WHY DO YOU CARE?

  3. Ah, the proverbial as long as it doesn't hurt me or other cop out, "victimless crimes".

Why do I care? In a nutshell because I'm a better man than you. Because I was raised better. Because Character matters more than the newest model Lexus in the driveway.

I pay every check for the nitwit junkie, the EBT card user, the Sherrif that jails deadbeat dads.

Oh I know, I shouldn't care- I should be more like you right? No thanks, I want my Country back, but that ain't gonna happen. So I'll settle for evening the score when the time comes.

Try facts next time & addressing the point.

  4. "Ah, the proverbial as long as it doesn't hurt me or other cop out, 'victimless crimes'."

Cop out? What could a crime be, without a victim? What do you think a crime is anyway...just something you don't like?

Now don't get offtrack---explain to the readers of the IIIPercent Blog, why ANY person should be punished for ANYTHING that didn't bring harm to another person.

"Why do I care? In a nutshell because I'm a better man than you."

That's impressive. Do you flap your arms and fly to Mars too?

"Because I was raised better. Because Character matters more than the newest model Lexus in the driveway."

I wouldn't know, never drove one. I'm drivin' a 14 year old pickup while I'm going broke. Does that make me better in your eyes?

Pretty funny...an American knocking success. That's some standard of good you've got there. Character means failure...is that your point? Or is your point that we should each live for others? Or is it that everyone should be sticking their noses into everyone else's business? That's the one that got you started, so maybe try and defend it.

Or does, "I'm a great man and so I'll settle the score with everyone else" pretty much cover it for you?

"I pay every check for the nitwit junkie, the EBT card user, the Sherrif that jails deadbeat dads."

Well, duh...THAT'S what makes it wrong, at least for you. That must be why you write, "at someone else's expense." Maybe you didn't see, but I asked about if it WEREN'T at someone else's expense.

I can slow down if you wish; just ask.

"Oh I know, I shouldn't care- I should be more like you right?"

Not hardly. You should be the best you can be, but maybe understand that there are 7 billion other people on the planet, and some might be different from you.

Are you capable of holding and achieving your own values? Then maybe others are too, huh? Or is your point that if they don't share your values, then they should die...at your hands yet?

"No thanks, I want my Country back, but that ain't gonna happen."

Right. So now tell me why you care if that junkie dies. Lemme guess...because you're such a great man, you're gonna save the great downtrodden by forcing them to do as you believe. Is that close?

Just like the liberals---save 'em by killing 'em.

"So I'll settle for evening the score when the time comes."

Uh huh. Well I see you're not religious, and that's okay with me; I'm not either. Is your life truly so empty that you have nothing better to do than "even the score" among a country chockful of nitwits? I'm sorry to hear that; maybe you should focus a little more on your own values instead of theirs.

"Try facts next time & addressing the point."

Set some points out there and I'll address them. In the meanwhile, maybe think with your brain instead of your heart; your heart is for those you love. Make sense?

  5. I'll wait for you to explain how generations of pot smoking
thugs breeding future thugs harms... no one.

    Waiting.

    Anything goes right Jim?

Can't wait to see that Utopia of yours. 7 billion people doing exactly what they want to do.

    Anarchy much?

  6. "I'll wait for you to explain how generations of pot smoking thugs breeding future thugs harms... no one."

First, of course it harms someone---themselves, duh. And if they DO something that harms you or me, then it harmed us too. Though I'm curious why you'd let any junkie cause harm to you. I'm not really too worried about that myself; I got enough real problems.

Here's your much wider error. You think that your labeling can cause things to be a certain way. I suppose there are pot-smoking thugs (though oddly I haven't met any that I recall), and I KNOW there are non-pot-smoking thugs...and God-fearing thugs, and drinking thugs and atheist thugs and just about any type of thug you can imagine. Theoretically there could be individualist thugs too, but that must be extremely rare.

See, that's the point. THINGS ARE AS THEY ARE, NOT AS YOU IMAGINE THEM TO BE. So because you recognize something about "pot-smoking thugs" and choose to ignore, say, Christian thugs, you haven't actually changed reality and eliminated all the Christian thugs and left only the pot-smoking ones standing. And no, my imagining strong egoist/capitalist non-thugs doesn't make them magically appear either. Everyone is as they are--as they choose--and that's pretty much it. A thug is a thug is a thug. Really, it's quite that simple.

Formally, your error is called Primacy of Consciousness, the belief that things are how we imagine them to be, BECAUSE we imagine them to me. Me, I go with Primacy of Existence whereby things are as they are, and the function of our consciousness is to identify them as such. And if that's not enough, I even think morality itself flows from precisely that---correspondent identification. But that's me and I only care about the facts, not how many people recognize the facts.

Am I at the right place? The IIIPercent blog is all about epistemology, isn't it? We're allowed to think while we prep, aren't we? Could someone please check with the authorities?
