K- Thank you for posting.Everyone needs to understand that feeding a lot of people,under less than ideal kitchens is nothing like cooking at your house for a BBQ,or for a holiday.There's a hell of a lot more to it,and without knowing,and following proper sanitation,food storage,food prep,cooking,holding hot or cold,and serving meals for large groups-you WILL get people sick.I spent 20 years as executive of chef at hotels and private country clubs in Ohio,the other chef involved has 35 years as executive chef,at some of the best hotels in the country.He and I are assisting with this project,and once it's up and running-there will be more,as there is a need for smaller scale operations,and use of alternate cooking methods.We are working on that,as we finish up our part of the mass feeding project/Patriot canteen project-most has already been sent to those who have the MKT.This is a very worthwhile project,as I said,if 1/2 the readers of my site,and half the readers of WRSA would kick in 5 bucks-the goal would be met quickly-the III Society kicked in,I kicked in,but we need to get something going here,so this project can be completed.
